Public accountability posture
The site keeps legal identity, publication status, review status, and evidence status separate.
The publication system now reflects the August 4, 2026 governance preprint and corrects the older DOI/version drift that had accumulated on the earlier public site.
The Institute publishes what it cannot claim in the same place it publishes what it can verify.
Statement of limits
- Orieth Institute is not an ethics review body and does not issue ethics approval.
- No output is framed as peer reviewed, clinically validated, legally certified, or regulatorily adopted unless the public record shows that status.
- No clinical, legal, compliance, security, or product-safety endorsement service is offered.
- No service material flows back into research without written consent and de-identification.
Data handling and restricted records
The USCP corpus is preserved through restricted records. Public metadata supports provenance, preservation, and integrity verification without releasing raw dialogue content.
Restricted records do not imply transcript-level reproducibility. The site states that ceiling directly.
